The condition
Consent, or the picture is not made.
We do not make images or video of real, identifiable people without their consent. Non-consensual imagery of real people is prohibited on this service, without exception.
The prohibition covers each of the following, in full.
- Sexual, intimate or nude depictions of a real person made without that person's clear, informed agreement.
- The face of a real person placed onto another body, in any context, without their agreement.
- Any likeness of a named or recognisable person who has not agreed in writing. Public figures, colleagues, former partners, and anyone whose photographs you already hold.
- Anyone under 18, in any sexual or suggestive frame, real or generated. There is no version of this we will discuss.
Creating an account requires you to agree to this rule. The sign-up form will not submit until you tick the box confirming you have read it and accept it. Agreement is a condition of holding an account here, not a preference to be switched off later.
A brief that asks for work against the rule is refused. The account is closed, and no copy of the request is kept beyond what the law requires us to keep. There is no appeal and no refund on a closed account.
To put a real person in frame, send their written permission with the brief and name them in it. Without that permission there is no picture. That is the whole rule, and no budget alters it.
